Having so many links on each line made it (ironically) not mobile-friendly

(not sure about 'text too small to read', it's same as every other page, but anyway)

Pages that aren't mobile-friendly get down-ranked in google search listings, so I couldn't leave it up, and as far as I can tell, no one was really coming here to look at it after the initial post.

Although I can summarise by saying: having done a tonne of these, it became clear which were helping me for direct goals (eg, I want to improve overhead mobility for weightlifting, ankle mobility for squats) and which were just... 'for the sake of it'. And not having infinite time, I increasingly didn't want to spend it on the 'for the sake of it' stuff.
